7 Up Dessert Recipe











Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Small Can, crushed pineapple, save juice
  • Water (use saved pineapple juice to make 1 cup)
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 C. Pecans, chopped
  • 1 reg. Box Lemon or Lime Jello
  • 10 oz of 7 Up
  • Green food coloring

Directions
  1. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup of liquid.
  2. Boil.
  3. Add Jello & stir to dissolve.
  4. Add cream cheese and blend well.
  5. Add crushed pineapple, nuts, sugar, and vanilla.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add 7 Up.
  8. Add food color to make light green.
  9. Chill until set.
